Where Dreams Really do come true Part 1!

Disney World Part 1:
There is so much that we did and that I want to show so I am going to split it into two days! Here is part one!

We were in Tampa for an unload that Scott had to do so instead of going back through a horrendous weigh station we decided to cancel our idea of taking Charlotte to the zoo and go somewhere else on the way instead! We were headed toward Orlando so we could get on 95 and head north and while on Interstate 4 we saw the sign for Disney World. Well I snapped a picture of it and Scott decided that we are going to go. He asked which park and I said Magic Kingdom since that is where all the princesses are and also where Charlotte would probably have more fun than anywhere else! So in we went! We got to park with the buses, hopped in line to buy tickets and took off for the park.

We all got buttons since this was our first visit! (I have been to Epcot and Animal Kingdom with parents but never Magic Kingdom)

We rode the monorail into the park!

Charlotte did not wear her button, we attached it to her stroller instead! She would have hurt herself somehow and I was not taking that risk!

First stop, Charlotte and I got ears!
It was breathtaking walking in! I was in heaven!

I love my family so very much!

Little one fell asleep on a ride and when we got out I put her in the stroller and she stayed asleep for another 30 minutes until the parade!
(Oh and sidenote: I did not plan for her to be wearing that outfit while at Disney since I didn't know we were going. It was upper 70s and I knew she would get hot so I threw on  something light for her to wear and it just so happened to fit perfectly with the day!)

The castle was beautiful! They were doing a show once we left starbucks for a cup of coffee and a bite to eat since we hadn't had breakfast!

We watched a Christmas parade go through the square while we were checking out the castle!
Charlotte's very first ride. Ariel's underwater sea voyage. She had a blast!

Daddy sat out of riding Dumbo, so I took Charlotte and waited for what was supposed to be 25 minutes and it turned into 45 minutes. 45 minutes without a phone and without Scott left us both in a panic! But everything turned out alright.

I absolutely hate  heights and so me taking her on this was no picnic for me, but she had a great time and even tried to get the elephant to move up and down.

I was a brave Mommy and said YAY afterwards so she would clap. She was too busy looking for daddy!
Then it was time for a lunch break and we even got to charge our phones at the tent they have in the circus area! It was great having that or we would have been without our phones all day!

After the break, we were right next to the tent with Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, Donald Duck, and Goofy and the line was only 20 minutes long so in we went. Charlotte passed out in my arms while waiting and had some trouble waking up before Daisy but she did so good!

All of us with Daisy Duck. Scott ducked down because he thought he was too tall!
Charlotte absolutely loves Minnie Mouse. She has a huge stuffed Minnie at home and absolutely lit up when she saw her. She couldn't stop smiling!

All of us with Minnie Mouse

We hopped on the train after that to go around the park and give our feet a break!

Have a great day!

XOXO

Show and Tell Tuesday! House Tour 2016

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday! Today it is House Tour! I have always loved these posts, but have never participated in one because of the fact that we were in a two bedroom apartment, which was tiny for our family of four. This past April we bought our home and moved in and three months later we are finally here at this post and I am so excited to join along and invite you all into our home! It is still a work in progress and none of the walls have been re-painted but I am loving all the grey tones for now, it keeps the home neutral and cool until I feel like spicing things up! Come on in!  We are still decorated from Fourth of July, but here is the front entrance.  When you walk into our home this is the first thing you see. There is a hallway to the left of the staircase, and to the right is the dining room. This is our formal dining room! I need to do an updated tour of this room but for now I b...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...
