About me

My name is Cortney but I go by Cat. I am married to a wonderful man named Scott, and we used to work on a moving truck together! We traveled the country the first seven months of our marriage, before I had to leave the trucking and working world to have our beautiful daughter Charlotte. Charlotte was born in March of 2014 and I became a stay at home mom. Adventures as a family of three were so exciting, fun, and sometimes even hectic but our little family was happy. In January of 2015, we received the news that we were expecting another baby! September of 2015 we welcomed our handsome little boy Riley into the world! Life has been fun with just two,  we bought our first home, we moved to a new city, and Charlotte started Pre-K in 2018, the same year we found out we were expecting baby #3. We were very surprised but excited and welcomed our newest little, Skyler  in February of 2019.

This is my life as a wife to an incredible husband and a mommy of three 5 and under and an angel baby in Heaven. I cannot wait to see what our family gets into, and the fun we find!

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! 2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day!
