We are back home, and June has ended. Say What?

So we are finally back home in our apartment! It was a wonderful two weeks of having Scott home every night but we had to return because of Charlotte's swim lessons that begin this month. She is participating in a program with Mimi(my mom) that does lessons for 30 minutes every Tuesday and Thursday! Charlotte loves the water so I know she will enjoy the time with Mimi as well as the time at the pool! It's going to be a long month, but we will get through it. I see a lot of four day weekends with daddy coming up!

I'm awful at keeping this page updated, but I am trying my hardest! Lots to do with getting ready for baby boy, keeping Charlotte entertained and keeping my health in check. Had an awful scare, Monday night. I was so dizzy I couldn't walk and I was unable to catch my breath. I felt like I was going to pass out, and couldn't seem to get enough oxygen in my lungs. I called my mom who came over right away and ran after Charlotte who had just woken up from a nap and had no idea what was going on with mommy. She laid her head in my lap, so I know she knew something was up but then she went back to playing and reading her books. Mom kept an eye on me for a few hours and luckily little boy moved around and somehow I got my ability to take a deep breath back and then I put a lot of sugar into my system, so I knew my blood sugar had dropped tremendously. Now I am having to eat lots and lots more than I was and staying more hydrated so as to not have that happen again. It was one of the scariest moments in this pregnancy so far. I don't want anything crazy like that to happen again, so I am definitely taking care of myself and taking it easy.

Charlotte is having bad dreams because she keeps crying, so I am transferring her to my bed for the evening. Hopefully she feels better and I can carry her back to bed. Hope everyone has had a wonderful day! Looking forward to the weekend, not the loud noises, but definitely the time we are going to get with Scott as short as it is going to be!
I'll do some updates on what we did while away for two weeks, our road trip to Kansas, and how we spent Father's Day soon! Have a wonderful night!

XOXO

Show and Tell Tuesday! House Tour 2016

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday! Today it is House Tour! I have always loved these posts, but have never participated in one because of the fact that we were in a two bedroom apartment, which was tiny for our family of four. This past April we bought our home and moved in and three months later we are finally here at this post and I am so excited to join along and invite you all into our home! It is still a work in progress and none of the walls have been re-painted but I am loving all the grey tones for now, it keeps the home neutral and cool until I feel like spicing things up! Come on in!  We are still decorated from Fourth of July, but here is the front entrance.  When you walk into our home this is the first thing you see. There is a hallway to the left of the staircase, and to the right is the dining room. This is our formal dining room! I need to do an updated tour of this room but for now I b...

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...
