Weekend Recap!

Happy Monday! This weekend was a very laid back, didn't leave the house except to go to the grocery store, kind of weekend! Husband had to work this weekend so we saw him for a few hours on Saturday, where most of those were spend napping because he had such a long drive. We made messes, baked pies, made our first homemade pizza, which was super yummy, and just chilled and watched the NFL playoffs!
This week I will be blogging from out of town, so if I miss a day, sorry. I'm part going house hunting, part going to show off Riley to everyone at work, so its going to be a bit different being all in one room but we will make it work! I hope everyone had a safe, fun weekend and have a fabulous Monday!

Charlotte is such a wonderful big sister!

It was one of those mommy don't put me down or I will be very upset kind of weekends!

Looking seriously cute!

Homemade pizza before going into the oven! :)

He was sitting up for the first time in his bouncer, and Charlotte was playing with him, and he absolutely adores his big sister, so I had to capture the smiles!

More smiles for Mommy! :) I love his smiles

Charlotte would go back and forth to push a button that would play music and start dancing. Riley would bust out smiling and laughing. It was the most fun! Until he needed to be held again!

My girl watching the Packers with me!

And the boy woke up just in time for the second half, so I gave him my hat! :)

Helping Mommy feed Riley!

Then he passed out, but only if I took his shirt off first! Silly boy, he is just like his daddy! :)

My team is the Green Bay Packers, even though I am a born and raised Georgia girl! I was so excited when they won their game tonight, and Charlotte was too! She would run around saying yay yay yay haha. Maybe a future Packers fan, unless her Daddy gets her to go to his side! (He's a Bears fan) It is definitely a rivalry in this house haha, but we love each other no matter what!
Bath night was tonight for Riley, Charlotte will get one in the morning! Then we have a few errands to run, finishing up packing, going to the doctor for Riley's check up, then the pup has a vet appointment, then we hit the road! It's going to be fun but different and hopefully the kiddos do well with being in the car for 4 hours! I know Charlotte will be fine since she has traveled so much but it's Riley's first car ride that last more than 2 hours so we shall see how he does! :)

Super laid back but fun weekend!

I hope everyone had a safe, fun weekend and have a fabulous Monday!

XOXO

Show and Tell Tuesday: Prom night!

Happy Tuesday! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday, and today we are talking all about Prom! Here are a few facts first before all the pictures of itty bitty high school me! 1) I dated the same boy from freshman year of high school until senior year of high school so he was my date for his junior and senior prom which was my sophomore year and junior year. 2) I went with my best friend my senior year. I had a good time, but missed my boyfriend pretty much the whole time. 3) I went all out for my first prom sophomore year, with my hair, nails and prom dress and then again my senior year. 4) I only participated in senior skip day, which really isn't a thing but seniors do it anyways at my high school, my senior year. My best friend and I met super early on the day of Prom for breakfast and coffee and then just spent the rest of the day together doing random things like shopping, then getting our nails done with one of our other friends, and then ...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...
