Show and Tell Tuesday: Pinterest Pins

I fell off the Blogging world for a few days there! Riley is sick, Charlotte is full of energy, Hubby is currently freezing up North, and I am trying to pack, and clean, and keep both kiddos happy so I took a little family time so I could have some time with my family!

Today I am back and Linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday. Today is is all about our favorite pins, and let me tell you I absolutely love Pinterest! I do not know what I was doing before Pinterest came around. It has so many fun ideas and projects, recipes and inspiration, it is the best things bundled into one!

Being a momma of two kiddos, one being almost two we are all about arts and crafts and baking here! I love doing a good pinterest project with my girl to see how it turns out! Soon Riley will be able to join in on the fun but for now he likes to watch us make a mess :) He has done a few footprint projects but that is about it!

We did this one recently with Charlotte and now she can say Heart, so she is obsessed with saying it now! We enjoyed painting, coloring, and cutting up paper to glue to things! (Well, I did the cutting and glue part, but she enjoyed watching :)

Thumbprint lights- perfect for a two year old!:

And we made this fun string of lights as a gift to Daddy!

I enjoy planning birthday parties, gender reveal parties and holdiay parties through my pinterest, but I am also getting inspiration for our house we will be moving into in a month! So exciting!
Decor is one of my favorite things and DIY is even better so Pinterest is giving me tons of ideas to get our house looking like our home, and most of it will be on budget!
attic theater. So cool! Everyone can fall asleep and stay put!:

I just love this idea for an theater in the attic! And those chairs look so very comfy right now!

absolutely LOVE this!:

And I absolutely love the simplicity and elegance of this master bedroom! Right now I have a handmade sign saying Mr. and Mrs and a sort of half done gallery wall above our bed but when we move I want to just have something like this with a gallery wall elsewhere in our home!
Something along the lines of the picture down below!

I'm a crazy pinner and sometimes it doesn't all match up but I love it! It is definitely a favorite thing to do when I have a few minutes to browse!

Thanks for stopping by and next time we link up we are discussing all about our hometowns!

Have a wonderful Tuesday!

XOXO

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

Weekend Recap!

Happy Monday! I wont lie, today is a lot like my dish towel says: We had all the plans to go exploring and do something productive this weekend, but I only managed to clean the entire kitchen on Friday afternoon while the babies were napping! Here is a a bit of our weekend:  Friday morning started out with two monkeys jumping on the bed bright and early!  I love how they wake up so happy in the morning Riley got his 15 month shots on Thursday so I was fully expecting a grump and a half and got a very happy smiley baby boy instead!  We practiced blowing kisses We snuggled and we ran around with our backpack of toys Mommy did not unpack from the doctor's visit.  Saturday we spent lots of time snuggling on the couch, napping, and watching cartoons and just relaxing before hitting up the grocery store for a big trip. We got home late enough it was a sandwich for dinner kind of night.  Sunday we had plans to go out and ab...

Weekend Recap on a Tuesday! :)

So I was trying to get this posted yesterday but the littles decided they wanted to test Mommy yesterday and not allow me to get anything done. By the time both kids were in bed for the night I was so tired I just went straight to bed instead of having some "me" time. This weekend started out running errands and going to the park! We haven't been to the park since August when I was put on bedrest! Our newest park member! She learned to climb the slide from her Aunt. She watched her climb up and just had to do it herself The park can be exhausting for little boys!  Scott got home late, late Friday night like 12:30 am and we went straight to bed because he had to be up and out the door for a class at 9 am. He was gone until 4:30 and as soon as he got home Charlotte would not leave his lap! Even with baby Riley sitting there. We watched football all day, and even late into the night, since Saturday is devoted to college football! The ...
