Happy Wednesday!
Today I am doing something different and linking up with a new link up for me! I have always enjoyed reading these posts but have never had the courage to join up! Welcome to What's Up Wednesday!
What we're eating this week:
Monday was taco night
Tuesday was homemade pizza
Tonight we are having stuffed peppers
Thursday we are having breakfast for dinner
Friday we are grilling out
Saturday we will be out of town, picking up the girls at the airport so we will be eating out
Sunday: probably eating out again because we will be coming home
What I'm reminiscing about:
This little is 8 months old today! If feels like he was just born!
I'm also thinking about little Charlotte and our time at the beach in Virginia! This time last year we were traveling around and this year we are preparing for two more girls to be here with us for the summer
What I'm loving:
We have finally finished unpacking all our our boxes! The garage is box free and once I move everything into place I can start parking in the garage once again!
I'm also loving snapchat! I haven't had it since I was pregnant with Charlotte but I got it to distract Charlotte one day and we absolutely love it now!
It is good for passing the time while this one naps his morning nap on me!
What we've been up to:
Lots and lots of cuddling with my two babies
and playing outside now that the rain is gone and the sun is shining, and it is not awfully hot out yet
What I'm dreading:
All the rain that is about to hit our area! It is supposed to be awful next week, but luckily we have lots of things to do indoors but the kiddos will still start to lose it about halfway through the week
What I'm working on:
Putting the final touches on the guest bedroom, and cleaning and preparing for two more people to be around!
What I'm excited about:
The two girls coming for the summer and lots of outside time!
And this. Beaching with Daddy is going to be fun!
What I'm watching/reading:
Currently I'm working my way through the Bible, and
Captivating
Unveiling the Mystery of a Woman's Soul by John and Stasi Eldredge. I was given this from a friend in high school and now I am just getting around to finishing it after starting it but stopping.
As far as watching I like to watch I have enjoyed Dancing with the Stars when I get the chance to watch it and I'm looking for Netflix shows to get into now that we have Netflix again so any suggestions would be wonderful, but what I am really watching is cartoons with my two year old! She is all about Mickey Mouse Club House and PJ Masks right now!
All photos taken from Google! Now my own photos
What I'm listening to:
Right now it is all about Country music for me! There are some really good songs so the Today's Country station on cable is on when we are not watching cartoons!
What I'm wearing:
A lot of tank tops, t shirts, maternity jeans and maternity shorts
Still losing the baby weight but working on it!
My mom uniform!
This cute romper gets thrown in the mix a lot too!
I'm loving this tank top! Its super comfortable and easy to wear with my shorts or jeans or a skirt or anything!
What I am doing this weekend:
This weekend we are taking the little kids to Mimi and Grandpa's house for the day and picking up my two stepdaughters since they will be spending two months with us. Sunday will be getting adjusted, shopping for clothes and getting groceries.
What I'm looking forward to next month:
I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time outdoors, exploring our new home and celebrating three years of marriage with my wonderful hardworking husband.
What else is new:
Right now nothing is new, but come Saturday we will have a house of six so that is definitely new coming up! I'm not sure how we will all adjust to having two more but I'm excited!
What are you looking forward to this summer?
Lots of outside time, exploring and going to the beach and just having fun as a family
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek into what's up over in our life! Hop on over to Shay, Sheaffer, and Mel's blogs to check out the link up!
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
XOXO
