Weekend Recap

Our weekend was a balance of pajamas and playing and trying to get all the errands done!

Friday started out with cleaning the playroom. We turned it into game where Char would fill up her bucket with toys and I would sort them into the bins they go in.

After cleaning and watching our Mickey and the Roadster Racers episode we got dressed

and headed to Sam's Club! We love Sam's! Great deals on bulk items and plus these two can sit with each other and play or watch cartoons!

After Sam's the kids got a treat and so did Momma! I love Chick Fil A but unfortunately we do not live close to one, so while we were out and about at Sam's we stopped by Chick Fil A for a treat! :)

This melts my momma heart! I love when they hold hands, but it is especially sweet that we can walk into a store hand in hand now, all three of us!

That night Daddy was exhausted from work, and hit his head pretty hard, with lots of blood involved, so he rested on the couch and Riley ate a late night snack (by late night I mean 7:30 haha) and kept trying to feed Daddy. Such a sweet moment I captured!

Saturday morning was spent watching cartoons and cleaning the house.
I'm pretty sure Charlotte fell asleep on the floor while watching cartoons!

The rest of Saturday was spent playing with toys, eating all the leftovers and just relaxing. We did not have to go anywhere so it was nice to just regroup and have a day at home.

Sunday we started bright and early and got ready for church! It was so nice to be able to go back and enjoy worship and the kiddos had fun with their friends! Plus they are absolutely adorable in their outfits.
The rest of Sunday was spent getting lunch, then coming home to nap, and just rest and before we knew it, it was time for bed. But not before a quick sticker session. :(

I cannot leave these two alone, big sister broke out the stickers and of course covered herself in them,
and then covered her brother in them too. It is safe to say we had a few stickers to pull out of hair Sunday night. Such goofs

We had such a wonderful weekend. Unfortunately it was back to the grind of Scott working weekends again, since summer season is starting early this year, so we were minus our favorite but regardless we still had a good time and managed to pack a full weekend in with a resting day on Saturday.
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a wonderful Monday

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...
