Life Lately

Hey Ya'll! Welcome back! It's Wednesday and I thought it would be fun to bring you a little bit of life lately!

Friday we got up super early to be at the gym at 5:25 so we could get a quick workout in before a busy day. I go so early so that the kiddos can stay sleeping and I don't have to struggle with Riley hating being left in the child care.

Back home by 6:30 and these two are up and ready for breakfast at 7. This little table comes in handy and the kiddos love sitting in my room and watching a show and eating a pop tart before we start out our day!

Riley bug! I love this little so much. We were sitting around in pjs and waiting for the builder to come fix our ceiling and some molding that was falling down! I will go into detail more about our ceiling in another post because it is just so stressful!

We had a super busy Friday running around getting some last minute things! But once we were done running our butts off we got home and took naps and then we played outside because we love to be outside! Bikes and cat toys are the best things these days #toddlerlife

Saturday we were up early to celebrate our 18 year old! She had her birthday on Friday but with school and band she did not get home until 11 that night so we decided to wait until Saturday morning and she loved it!
Cupcakes are always a good way to start the day!

and cuddles with daddy are even better!

The rest of Saturday was spent lounging and watching football! I am a hardcore football fan, and have been a UGA fan since I could walk. Saturday was rough, and I was physically unable to move Sunday from being so sick so we just laid in pjs and cuddled all day Sunday.
Still so proud of our team, but Saturday was just no fun at all after the little birthday celebration.

Monday it was back at the gym super early, and I walked a full mile on the treadmill. Going to work up to running but baby steps, we just joined on Wednesday!

After the gym we took daddy to work, went to the grocery store had a snack and I did all of the laundry. It was a process that took forever it seemed #laundryproblems

Monday afternoon is was back outside to play. I feel like we are outside all the time now and I don't mind one bit! It is so much fun to watch the kids ride bikes, or push strollers around, or just be goofy with our friends!

Daddy got home early so it called for a sucker before dinner and goofy faces because mommy let them in her rocking chair and they thought that was the best thing ever!

While mommy made dinner these two made messes! Books, blocks, toys, and tv.... what more could a little kid want! Am I right?!

So that is a little bit of our life the past couple of days! The days have been full of activities but we have enjoyed the time together and I have been enjoying being part of a gym again, even if it does mean getting up at 4:45 in the morning!

Have a great Wednesday everyone! See ya'll back here soon :)

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...

Show and Tell Tuesday! House Tour 2016

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday! Today it is House Tour! I have always loved these posts, but have never participated in one because of the fact that we were in a two bedroom apartment, which was tiny for our family of four. This past April we bought our home and moved in and three months later we are finally here at this post and I am so excited to join along and invite you all into our home! It is still a work in progress and none of the walls have been re-painted but I am loving all the grey tones for now, it keeps the home neutral and cool until I feel like spicing things up! Come on in!  We are still decorated from Fourth of July, but here is the front entrance.  When you walk into our home this is the first thing you see. There is a hallway to the left of the staircase, and to the right is the dining room. This is our formal dining room! I need to do an updated tour of this room but for now I b...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...
