Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!

It has been a crazy busy week this week, but it feels like it dragged on so slow! I'm excited to take a break this weekend and just chill out with the littles, since we have no plans again! I guess being on Baby Watch will do that right?!
9 more days until Baby #3 comes into this world, and its safe to say I am super excited! I cannot wait to cuddle this new little!

Today I am linking up with Andrea, Narci, and Erika for Friday Favorites, and it is just another random mixture of things that have happened this week! :)

One

The weather has been absolutely gorgeous this week! Highs in the 70s and low 80s so after school we have been playing outside and it has been a favorite for these kiddos! They love being outside and if it means they sleep even better at night then this momma is all for it!

Two

Not quite sure when she got so big, but this girl lost a tooth this week, and it was a definite favorite of the week! She was so excited, especially because she has been wiggling it since Sunday, and it finally was able to pop out on Wednesday! The Tooth Fairy came and it was the highlight of her week!

 Three

This little guy helped me at the grocery store! He so badly wanted to push the buggy, so I let him, with assistance of course! Don't need him running into people or cars right?! Ha

Four

We got to go to our favorite playground after school and these kids were all for it! With the weather being so beautiful it just made since to be able to run some errands and then go to the park for an hour before heading home for dinner! Definite favorite, since this park is so beautiful!

Five

I posted on my Instagram this picture that I took yesterday while the kiddos were standing by the lake  and it just hit me that this will probably be the last photo like this of just my two!

The past three years have been full of new things, like moving to a new city and into a home, they have been full of milestones like learning to walk and starting Pre-K, we have gone on adventures and road trips, and explored so many new things!  These two have grown up so much and it is crazy to think that they are no longer little,  but instead they are  independent kids that still need momma sometimes but can do things on there own too! I am so exited to be welcoming baby #3 soon, but also sad that we are closing a chapter in our story of life! I have had the best three years with just these two and cannot wait to make a new chapter with our new little and make new memories and take new adventures with three!

Definitely a big favorite for me this week! I am big on reflecting on life and looking back and seeing just how things have grown and changed for us! This blog helps to be able to document so much that we have done and I cannot wait for it to transform as well as we add more fun and even chaos into our lives!

Thank you for letting me reflect!  I am full of emotions and just wanted to write it all down, so I can reflect back on it one day when I am ready to pull my hair out because #momlife is not easy, but so worth it!

Thanks for stopping by!

Have a wonderful Friday and a great weekend! See you back here Monday!

Show and Tell Tuesday: Prom night!

Happy Tuesday! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday, and today we are talking all about Prom! Here are a few facts first before all the pictures of itty bitty high school me! 1) I dated the same boy from freshman year of high school until senior year of high school so he was my date for his junior and senior prom which was my sophomore year and junior year. 2) I went with my best friend my senior year. I had a good time, but missed my boyfriend pretty much the whole time. 3) I went all out for my first prom sophomore year, with my hair, nails and prom dress and then again my senior year. 4) I only participated in senior skip day, which really isn't a thing but seniors do it anyways at my high school, my senior year. My best friend and I met super early on the day of Prom for breakfast and coffee and then just spent the rest of the day together doing random things like shopping, then getting our nails done with one of our other friends, and then ...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...
