Weekend Recap!

Happy Tuesday!
We have had a busy weekend and have not had school since Thursday!
The kiddos go back to school tomorrow so we have one last day of running around and making all of the messes at home before its back to the routine!

Thursday

We celebrated no school for five days by going to the playground after school! These kiddos had a great time playing and running around and it was such a beautiful afternoon

we walked on the water

and Riley pointed out the turtles in the water! He was so excited :)

Friday

Friday we were up bright and early

and took our daily walk in the morning

and played with all of the toys! We spent a good portion of our Friday outside! It was such a good day!

The rest of Friday was spent going to the dollar store for party supplies and then going to see Daddy who had a busted tired and was stuck on the side of the road, but was luckily ok. We took him a drink since it was in the lower 80s, and got to spend some time with him before heading home and eating McDonald's for dinner.

Saturday
We were up early and on our walk, and it was a little chilly this morning so we were in jackets and pants today!
We only did a small walk because we had family coming into town to celebrate Char's birthday and because Riley was not having it. He did not want to ride his bike out of the circle and I could only get him to go so far!

I took no other photos on Saturday. We were so busy playing and running around and I even snuck a nap in because everyone was holding baby and I just passed out, #newbornmomlife

Sunday

Sunday morning the kiddos woke up to leprechaun madness

and birthday cake!

We wore our green with the cutest little leprechauns for St. Patrick's Day

and new tattoos for her birthday!

This little turned one month old on Sunday, and I just cannot believe how fast time has flown!

The rest of Sunday was full of napping and movies! Char started to feel a little sick to her stomach so she took it easy and when family left we were all sad so it helped that we just sat around and chilled the rest of the day!

Monday

Monday started out rough. We had to be up early and out the door and it was super cold, but when baby has a well check we get it done right?! I didn't realize that Char would be out of school at the time but luckily the older two were very well behaved!

After the doctor and the grocery store we came home and these two cuddled on the couch and watched cartoons while baby and I napped on the other couch

and then it was outside to play and walk and ride bikes and scooters!

It was a wonderful weekend! We had a blast, and even though its been a little chilly we really soaked up the sunshine and enjoyed our long weekend together!

Thanks for stopping by! See you back here real soon!

Show and Tell Tuesday: Prom night!

Happy Tuesday! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday, and today we are talking all about Prom! Here are a few facts first before all the pictures of itty bitty high school me! 1) I dated the same boy from freshman year of high school until senior year of high school so he was my date for his junior and senior prom which was my sophomore year and junior year. 2) I went with my best friend my senior year. I had a good time, but missed my boyfriend pretty much the whole time. 3) I went all out for my first prom sophomore year, with my hair, nails and prom dress and then again my senior year. 4) I only participated in senior skip day, which really isn't a thing but seniors do it anyways at my high school, my senior year. My best friend and I met super early on the day of Prom for breakfast and coffee and then just spent the rest of the day together doing random things like shopping, then getting our nails done with one of our other friends, and then ...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...
