Weekend Recap on a Tuesday!

Happy Tuesday!
Yesterday was absolute chaos from beginning to end, and I was in bed by 9 pm I was so exhausted so I took the day to just add onto this post! Today I am recapping our weekend!
The kiddos went to Mimi's house for the weekend, except for Skyler, he stayed home with momma!
They had an absolute blast and were exhausted when they came home! It was refreshing and much needed break for me, and now we are starting our week off fresh and in better moods!
Everyone needs time with their Mimi, right?!

Friday

Char came down and gave Skyler her stuffed bunny and he immediately grabbed onto it! It was the sweetest thing, and a milestone for Skyler because he is starting to grab things more and more!

It was a special treat for this one, it was a mommy daughter drop off, since Daddy had the day off. So he kept the boys at home and we got to jam to music in the car. She doesn't look very excited but she definitely was, especially once I told her she was going to Mimi's after school :)

My three boys! Love these three and Char more than words!

My boys came with to pick Char up and then we headed off to meet Mimi!

I love sunset pictures, and so after dropping the kids off it was the perfect timing to get a great picture!

Saturday

Saturday was spent sleeping and cuddling on the couch all morning

and then shopping and lunch with Daddy! He worked all weekend so it was nice to get a little quick lunch in!
We also went on a walk which was much needed after being unable to leave the house because it was too cold or raining.

While we were doing our thing, these two were climbing ropes

and exploring caves

and playing their little hearts out.

When did this girl get so big?!

Thankfully my mom sent me plenty of pictures because while it was much needed to get a break, I definitely missed them!

Sunday

Sleepy little on Sunday!
We snuggled and slept all morning before we had to leave to get the kiddos

and boy were we excited to reunite!

Monday morning hit rough and we are still recovering today!
It was a great weekend though and now that we are all healthy again and we are ready for the new week!
I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend and that y'all have a great Tuesday!

Thanks for stopping by!

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...
