Life Lately


Happy Wednesday Ya'll! Its been a hectic couple of weeks with summer getting into full swing, sleepovers at Mimi's and everything in between! Today I will be recapping a little bit of life lately! 

With it being in the 90s we broke out the slip n slide early in the morning while brother napped to get our swimming in! 

We made a trip to the library to get our new library cards and some books

and how cute are my oldest and youngest! So sweet :) 

We went to our neighborhood pool with some friends, and these two loved it

and this dude chilled with mommy after swimming for a little bit

We have had lots of mornings outside

and we watered the grass by playing with the water hoses! 
We had a dry spell for a week where it didn't rain and the temps were high 90s, low 100s and our grass was not loving it, so we broke out the water after momma watered the trees :) 

we have spent many afternoons playing inside building houses

and slugs

and having tummy time with our favorite person! 

my sweet three, oh how they have grown! 

The kids came running in to see baby boy, because they wanted to say good morning 

and little guy was making faces while mommy and daddy celebrated our 6 year anniversary 

he was like wait, im the only kid here this weekend? What?! 
the other two had a sleepover at Mimis! 

He put himself to sleep one morning and it was the sweetest thing. naps are the best :) 

we had some pretty gorgeous weather on our drive home after picking the kids up 

and these three have made so many messes I have lost track

we had hello fresh delivered for the first time and it was oh so good

and I made a disastrous mess rearranging rooms so that I could make Skyler's nursery finally!

Its been busy but full of fun and memories! Summer 2019 has already started out pretty great and I'm excited to see what adventures we go on next!

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! 2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. Show and Tell Tuesday: Prom night!

Happy Tuesday! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday, and today we are talking all about Prom! Here are a few facts first before all the pictures of itty bitty high school me! 1) I dated the same boy from freshman year of high school until senior year of high school so he was my date for his junior and senior prom which was my sophomore year and junior year. 2) I went with my best friend my senior year. I had a good time, but missed my boyfriend pretty much the whole time. 3) I went all out for my first prom sophomore year, with my hair, nails and prom dress and then again my senior year. 4) I only participated in senior skip day, which really isn't a thing but seniors do it anyways at my high school, my senior year. My best friend and I met super early on the day of Prom for breakfast and coffee and then just spent the rest of the day together doing random things like shopping, then getting our nails done with one of our other friends, and then ...
