2019 Year in Review Part II

Hey Y'all!

Today is part two of three for my year in review of 2019! I decided to split the last 6 months into two posts, since the first post was so long!
So today we are going to look at all of our fun from July-September!
So grab a coffee, tea or water and let's get started!

July

July started out with being met by two PJ Masks while feeding the littlest one!

and playing in the sprinklers in all of our clothes because it was hot and momma didn't care :)

July 4 with three sweet littles was spent at home since Char is afraid of the loud fireworks and I didn't have any ear protection for our sweet Skyler.
*Fun little side not,  the onesie in this picture has been worn by all of my sweet babies now! I love looking back and seeing a few key pieces that they all got to share*

After Skyler was in bed, and Char was watching a movie with Daddy I took this boy outside to watch some fireworks in our neighborhood. Our neighbors always go all out every year, and we will miss that once they all move.

We went to a farm, and I had to take a selfie with this sweet little in his festive Fourth of July gear

and these two played with chickens and ran around and had just an awesome time being outside for a few hours!

We had ice cream outside

and made a short little movie for one of daddy's classes, featuring our littles

and we soaked up all the late nights outdoors playing and watching the sunset together!

We had lots of play dates and this one was working on sitting up with his besties

and bike rides and walks happened super early in the mornings before it got way too warm outside!

We soaked up all the outside time we could in July and enjoyed time spent playing and snuggling!

August

August was busy! We started out August with open house at a new school since she is now in Kindergarten

and the first day back

First Day Back to School 2019!

Cannot believe I have a Kindergartener

and sweet little was just along for the ride :)

We worked on sitting up and playing

and I had a few nights where both my boys needed extra snuggles with momma

We did some yard work moving trees around and my husband put together the bench for the kids

and we moved our ice cream dates inside since our evenings were starting to be filled with bugs

Smiles with this one are always the best

and we ended our summer with one last trip to the pool, but this time it was just Char and Ri and I at a birthday party, and they had such a blast!

We grabbed some last minute school supplies

and celebrated my husband's birthday this month too!

and the biggest change that happened for me was that I started my Master's Program!

This little got into mischief

and realized he could roll under his crib to get to his trucks, but didn't like when he was taken out from underneath his crib, because goodness were the fits huge

This little guy got a walker and loves to scoot around and run into everybody and go super fast!

September

Snuggles with three kiddos while watching a movie before getting ready for bed

and more three kiddos pictures because I just cannot get enough of these three!

new back yard friends, that hubby later relocated to the tree outside of our fence

and water balloon fights during a hurricane

and rainbows too!

We sat at home with this hurricane, and got lucky that it just went off the coast and did not do more than bring rain and wind.  One part about living here is the various storms that come our way.

We snuggled a lot

and made lots of cakes, this one my husband made because he loves his family so much and was super excited to be baking :)

We worked on sitting and playing, and then pulling up on toys to work on standing

and these two are just the cutest!

Homework for Charlotte

and homework for momma!

My oldest and my littlest! Love these two and there brother so much!

We went to the zoo while Char was there for a field trip and all this boy wanted to do was see elephants, so that is what he did!

Riding the train at the zoo was super fun too!

Petting sting rays, and it was their first time and it was so hard to get them away from the  water they enjoyed it so much!
*and since Riley's hair was so long momma took her ponytail out so he didn't get his hair wet!*

Smiles from this one while at the zoo!
It was still a very hot day at the zoo, since the closest zoo is down in Jacksonville for us, so his rosy red cheeks meant it was time to head back to the van for some AC.

snuggles with my girl

and three smiley goofs ready for bed!

Playing outside and the lighting was perfect for a sweet picture

and we ended our month celebrating this boy turning 4!

Firetruck themed of course because he wants to be a fireman when he grows up!

So there you have it!
July-September was jam packed full of fun, lots of tears, and lots of studying!
Check back next week for the final part of our Year in Review!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Show and Tell Tuesday: Prom night!

Happy Tuesday! Today I am linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday, and today we are talking all about Prom! Here are a few facts first before all the pictures of itty bitty high school me! 1) I dated the same boy from freshman year of high school until senior year of high school so he was my date for his junior and senior prom which was my sophomore year and junior year. 2) I went with my best friend my senior year. I had a good time, but missed my boyfriend pretty much the whole time. 3) I went all out for my first prom sophomore year, with my hair, nails and prom dress and then again my senior year. 4) I only participated in senior skip day, which really isn't a thing but seniors do it anyways at my high school, my senior year. My best friend and I met super early on the day of Prom for breakfast and coffee and then just spent the rest of the day together doing random things like shopping, then getting our nails done with one of our other friends, and then ...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...
