Some much needed family fun!

It's been a bit hectic the last few days! We got up and went to church Sunday morning for the first time at a new church. The pastor was so funny and made a new church less scary for me! Then Charlotte went to Mimi's for a few hours and Scott and I ran a few errands, cleaned out the truck, and went to the pool hall to play a few rounds before going to get her. I don't know what it is about the pool hall but it always is a place we enjoy going, without baby of course! After we picked Charlotte up, we went home and relaxed for a few hours and watched tv and played COD:ghosts!( Another one of our couple things) Then I packed a bag for Charlotte, did Scott's laundry, and cleaned up the house. Finally I packed my bag. Why am I packing bags and cleaning up the house you ask? Well, Charlotte and I are with Scott this week going to Florida. We are going down to the gulf coast for a little sun, surf, and family time, and Scott has to work a day down there as well! Then we ar

Beautiful day!

Yesterday was crazy busy! I cleaned the whole house(laundry, dishes, putting clothes away, straightening up!) and did my homework I scheduled for myself while Charlotte was with my mom. Then Scott got home finally after a week away and so therefore I did not post yesterday! Today we went and got my rings cleaned, and he surprised me with a new present. A beautiful Pandora bracelet! I was so shocked (just as much as when bought me my coach purse a week ago, out of nowhere). It is so beautiful and is my second bracelet from him. He got me a Brighton bracelet the first year we started talking! He got the initials wrong and it took him another year to get me the C charm instead of the K! (it was a great laugh and still is!) My brighton(pictured on the left is sooooooo heavy and overfilled with charms. It reflects our first year together! My Pandora(on the bottom right) is a new bracelet to be filled over a lifetime and has beads reflecting Rebecca, Charlotte, and our one year anniversar

Not as good a day as yesterday

Today was a battle with little one. She wasn't feeling good or something because she was very very grumpy! She napped for an hour and now she is sleeping but I had to actually call my husband in order to get her to quiet down. She is such a Daddy's girl that I knew his voice would calm her down. Cannot wait for him to be home tomorrow! I know she is absolutely going to love it! I am too :) It will be nice to have his arms around me for a few days before he goes back on the road! Today I was out of it completely. Didn't get much housework done but I'll get everything done tomorrow before hubby comes home! Not sure why. Maybe its because its Thursday, but its most likely because I miss my husband. I miss his hand in mine, him playing with Charlotte, him just being around to comfort me. I miss him so much right now. :( Absolutely exhausted. Tomorrow I'm hoping Charlotte has a better day and we can get stuff done. Maybe we will go for a walk to burn some energy or s

Great Day!

Today was eventful!  I felt very on top of things as a mom and a wife! The dishes are done, bottles were washed before baby got home tonight from Mimi's. Laundry is a different story! I'm so behind on laundry just because I don't want to even touch it haha. I'll get to it tomorrow, because I know Scott will be bringing home a week's worth of laundry! Geez I cannot wait for him to be home! It's been a while since he has been gone for a week! Luckily, school work, baby, and cleaning the house, is keeping me busy so I'm upset but still have to get things done so I cannot wallow in self pity! Went shopping during my mom's lunch break and got Charlotte's first pair of shoes! Oh my gosh I started crying because its such a big deal! She is getting to be such a big girl now! I wish she would stop growing so she can be little forever! EEK She wouldn't look at me, but it is because Mimi walked to the register and she was getting upset because Mimi wa

Night Time

Bottle: Check Pajamas: Check Baby in Crib: Check Pacifier and blanket: Check Bottles washed:Check Bottles on drying rack: Check Now its Mommy time!  I wanted to start a new blog, so I can get away from all the drama and craziness of my past. Marrying Scott was the best decision in the world and I'm so blessed to say we have been married for almost a year and a half now....(December is a year and a half). Our beautiful baby girl Charlotte Faith is 7 months old and getting more and more beautiful as the days go by. She is becoming more and more mobile, and soon she will probably be walking (based off the fact that she is pushing up already!) She loves crawling now that she has the hang of it, and loves crawling to Mommy when I go pick her up from Mimi's house (That is my mom/her grandmother) after I'm done with school.  Yes I said school. I'm finishing up my last year of college after taking last year off as a result of losing Rebecca. I traveled the country wi
