Into the Frozen tundra we go!

Tomorrow we head north! Into the bitter cold and snow. Charlotte's first snow but boy are we going to freeze! Excited but nervous too!

We got home Saturday and it was 50 degrees in our apartment. That is what we get for being gone for four days! Well I tried to warm the house as quickly as possible, but it is pretty slow and I think Charlotte caught a cold from being in the cold. I didn't even take her shoes, or jacket off but I guess she caught a chill and now she has a runny nose and a cough again. Ugh. It's never ending I suppose. Luckily it isn't awful and she is already doing much better! Her ear infection is finally gone, she popped four new teeth, which is why she was grumpy and sick and just not happy. For some reason she gets all of her teeth together in sets, so she got her first two bottom teeth together and now she just got four top teeth! Exciting but heartbreaking at the same time because she is so upset. :(

School is getting crazier and crazier and crazier! I feel like I'm cramming four years into one semester just because it is my final semester so everything is happening. I'm only taking four classes but they all happen to be English except for Sociology. Then Sociology switches with Psychology in March. Oh goodness. My college finally fixed the online course so I can access it and participate so I finally got caught up and I am back on track! I'm trying not to stress too much, but its final semester, Senior year! I'm definitely going to stress!

So baby is in bed for the night and she finally settled down. Apparently it is okay to move into an apartment at 8:30 at night so therefore they were walking really heavy and loud and keeping Charlotte up. Finally they stopped and she fell asleep! Scott is playing his video game, and I'm here blogging and catching up on news and following the Ohio State vs Oregon game.

So off I go to catch up and get ready for bed! Lots to do in the morning before heading out!

XOXO

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

Weekend Recap!

Happy Monday! I wont lie, today is a lot like my dish towel says: We had all the plans to go exploring and do something productive this weekend, but I only managed to clean the entire kitchen on Friday afternoon while the babies were napping! Here is a a bit of our weekend:  Friday morning started out with two monkeys jumping on the bed bright and early!  I love how they wake up so happy in the morning Riley got his 15 month shots on Thursday so I was fully expecting a grump and a half and got a very happy smiley baby boy instead!  We practiced blowing kisses We snuggled and we ran around with our backpack of toys Mommy did not unpack from the doctor's visit.  Saturday we spent lots of time snuggling on the couch, napping, and watching cartoons and just relaxing before hitting up the grocery store for a big trip. We got home late enough it was a sandwich for dinner kind of night.  Sunday we had plans to go out and ab...

Weekend Recap on a Tuesday! :)

So I was trying to get this posted yesterday but the littles decided they wanted to test Mommy yesterday and not allow me to get anything done. By the time both kids were in bed for the night I was so tired I just went straight to bed instead of having some "me" time. This weekend started out running errands and going to the park! We haven't been to the park since August when I was put on bedrest! Our newest park member! She learned to climb the slide from her Aunt. She watched her climb up and just had to do it herself The park can be exhausting for little boys!  Scott got home late, late Friday night like 12:30 am and we went straight to bed because he had to be up and out the door for a class at 9 am. He was gone until 4:30 and as soon as he got home Charlotte would not leave his lap! Even with baby Riley sitting there. We watched football all day, and even late into the night, since Saturday is devoted to college football! The ...
