Mommy Life

This weekend we did a lot of watching football, sleeping, playing with blocks and toys and reading books. We did Christmas shopping, grocery shopping and overall had a not very excited weekend. Scott worked so he was home Saturday during the day but then went back to work Saturday night. 😟😟 Overall pretty calm for what we normally are used to!  She is obsessed with sitting in her brother's bumbo seat even though she is too big for it.  I seem to only have pictures of him sleeping  And smiling! I have seen so many Day in the Life posts, that I wanted to try and do one for myself! This was from Tuesday of this week, and I tried my hardest to take pictures and keep up with everything! So here goes: The dog always goes out before anything. Riley just woke up for a bottle at 6:30 after sleeping all night, which is the first time he slept for more than 4 hours at night, so I know little guy needs to go  I love my Keurig! It is a wonderful wonderful coffee making machine :) 6:30 is technically when I woke up to feed Riley, but this is the first chance I could take a picture, and is officially when I got out of bed for the day.  Riley has been changed and loves to stare at the hallway light, so I leave him there for a few minutes while I tackle washing his bottles which have been soaking over night in hot hot water. There are a few of Charlotte's cups as well Once the dishes get done, we move to the bouncer, which he loves to sit in during the day.

So I was trying to get this posted yesterday but the littles decided they wanted to test Mommy yesterday and not allow me to get anything done. By the time both kids were in bed for the night I was so tired I just went straight to bed instead of having some "me" time. This weekend started out running errands and going to the park! We haven't been to the park since August when I was put on bedrest! Our newest park member! She learned to climb the slide from her Aunt. She watched her climb up and just had to do it herself The park can be exhausting for little boys!  Scott got home late, late Friday night like 12:30 am and we went straight to bed because he had to be up and out the door for a class at 9 am. He was gone until 4:30 and as soon as he got home Charlotte would not leave his lap! Even with baby Riley sitting there. We watched football all day, and even late into the night, since Saturday is devoted to college football! The
