What's Up at the Wicks

Happy Thursday Y'all! Here is a little bit of what we have been up to lately!

There was a full day and a half of non-stop downpour! It was awful but at the same time we got really lucky because the major parts of the storm went south of us instead of directly through us like it was being predicted! We got very lucky

Lots of snapchat filters!

With all of the rain there was nothing better to do but play with Momma's snapchat right?!

All of this rain is bringing out lots of creatures. You can barely see it but there is a snake in the ditch, that little black stick looking thing is it's head

Me and this boy have been swinging a lot now that the rain is gone!

This little boy has also decided he wants to start stealing sisters breakfast from now on! Waffle versus baby food and I think he will choose a waffle haha

We had another visitor one night. We were going outside to sit on the front porch but that was quickly ended because of this guy. He hung out for a few hours and then left and we haven't seen him since but goodness I was terrified! Me and snakes do not get along, at all!

Yesterday was our anniversary! We celebrated three years of marriage with flowers, steaks on the grill, some yummy asparagus and just a happy family night! It has been such a wonderful three years

We ended the night with a beautiful sunset and no snake in sight so that is a good end of the day in my book!

That is what we have been up to lately! Lots of rain didn't stop us from getting out and about and still having fun!

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll! I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha! Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika ! So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! 2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello! It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday! Happy Tuesday! Today I am joining Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday's and today we are showing Worst School Pictures! I have a combination of good and bad school pictures just to mix it up a little bit! Little baby Cat right before Pre-K! Back in 2005, I was in middle school and going through a short hair and converse phase where I wore a lot of black and tried to fit in with a certain group of people! I was such a goof And Throwing it back to 2004! Aren't I just cute?! Senior Year of High School Senior Year pictures! I had ridiculously long hair that didn't like to cooperate for pictures!
