Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!

Made it through another week and I am thankful that the weekend is here! Getting up at all times of the night and then getting up to get Char to school has been rough this week, but we made it! Woohoo!
Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Andrea, Narci and Erika

these sweet kiddos play before we leave for school, and this morning was absolutely a favorite because they were being so quiet and playing so well together! Anyone spot the sweet baby in the swing behind them?! All three kiddos in one picture! :)

Cuddles with the littlest of the bunch and then one of the older ones crawling up and snuggling too is a favorite! It happened twice this week, with each of the older ones! :)

Little guy is starting to smirk and smile and it is the cutest to watch him when he is making faces

An embarrassing favorite, but still a favorite nonetheless. I have been washing and drying the laundry and then just throwing it in our guest room, so finally I tackled the laundry

and seeing the after picture is definitely a favorite!
The laundry struggle is real here.

The kids also cleaned up their room, which is another favorite, because they had absolutely destroyed it. Think cannot see the floor anymore kind of mess with all of the animals and books out and all of Riley's cars thrown in the mess. Not even all of the toys were out and it was a disaster zone, so them cleaning it up was a good favorite for this week!

Thursday we stopped at the playground after school and watching these two run around and play and make friends instantly was a favorite!

Riley used to be so scared of the slide and now he absolutely loves it!

And last but not least is my sink being completely empty of dishes! Dirty dishes that is! I love the feeling when I have a clean sink with no dishes to wash! It's the little things, but at this point with a new baby it is a favorite because it is one less thing on my never ending to-do list, so I will take it!

So there you have it, tiny victories in the keeping the house clean this week and an added bonus of going to the playground rounds up the favorites of this week!
It's been a long week, but a good week and I'm excited to just sit around tomorrow and hang out with my babies! I still am so blessed to be able to call my three littles mine!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great Friday and an wonderful weekend!
See you back here soon!

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...

Weekend Recap!

Happy Monday! I wont lie, today is a lot like my dish towel says: We had all the plans to go exploring and do something productive this weekend, but I only managed to clean the entire kitchen on Friday afternoon while the babies were napping! Here is a a bit of our weekend:  Friday morning started out with two monkeys jumping on the bed bright and early!  I love how they wake up so happy in the morning Riley got his 15 month shots on Thursday so I was fully expecting a grump and a half and got a very happy smiley baby boy instead!  We practiced blowing kisses We snuggled and we ran around with our backpack of toys Mommy did not unpack from the doctor's visit.  Saturday we spent lots of time snuggling on the couch, napping, and watching cartoons and just relaxing before hitting up the grocery store for a big trip. We got home late enough it was a sandwich for dinner kind of night.  Sunday we had plans to go out and ab...

Weekend Recap on a Tuesday! :)

So I was trying to get this posted yesterday but the littles decided they wanted to test Mommy yesterday and not allow me to get anything done. By the time both kids were in bed for the night I was so tired I just went straight to bed instead of having some "me" time. This weekend started out running errands and going to the park! We haven't been to the park since August when I was put on bedrest! Our newest park member! She learned to climb the slide from her Aunt. She watched her climb up and just had to do it herself The park can be exhausting for little boys!  Scott got home late, late Friday night like 12:30 am and we went straight to bed because he had to be up and out the door for a class at 9 am. He was gone until 4:30 and as soon as he got home Charlotte would not leave his lap! Even with baby Riley sitting there. We watched football all day, and even late into the night, since Saturday is devoted to college football! The ...
