Spring Break part 2 :)

Happy Wednesday!

Today I am posting the second half of our Spring Break! If you missed the first part you can check that out here

The Wednesday of Spring Break we had nothing planned, so we chilled, and then painted a gift for Mimi. The kids got some sun catchers in their Easter baskets and wanted to bring them to paint at Mimi's house, so they picked one out and painted them!
My sweet little painters! :)

After a fun picnic lunch with Mimi, she took the rest of the afternoon off work, and we went to the strawberry fields and picked strawberries! The kiddos had such a blast picking strawberries for the first time, and it made the best adventure with Mimi!

We filled our buckets within twenty minutes and there were still a ton of berries left over!

Just two kiddos loving being outside!

Sweet baby skyler staying out of the sun and being held by Mimi! :)

After picking two buckets of berries, we had some homemade strawberry ice cream and boy was it delicious! Love my sweet girl!

Then we went to the bathroom and my boy and I took a selfie!

We picked three full buckets of strawberries! One for Mimi and Grandpa, One for Flashy( a lady that works with my mom and is like a second mother to me), and one for us!

After that I didn't take any more pictures on Wednesday! We played outside at Mimi's, took awesome naps, and just enjoyed our last night at Mimi's house.

The next morning we stopped by Mimi's work on the way out of town and then hit the road after Skyler ate his bottle!

Two and a half hours later, bathroom breaks, Skyler eating again and these two with Happy Meals to get the rest of the way home!

We sat in some traffic on the way home, but the kiddos did great! As soon as we got home Riley went straight to his animal table. He plays here everyday all day and missed it while we were gone!

Friday was a chill day for us! I caught up on laundry and the hubs had the day off work so we went and looked at Easter clearance! We found lots of candy for cheap, the cutest baby Easter basket that I took Skyler's easter pictures with, and some other household things we needed!

We got home and I snapped some cute pictures of this cute boy

and then realized I had not done his 2 month pictures so those happened!

Sunday was a chill day, where we played with toys

and ate ice cream cones after dinner, but didn't leave our pjs and just had a quiet day at home! It was the perfect way to unwind from Spring Break and get back into our schedule for school the next day!

Spring Break this year was fun! We started out with Easter and teeth cleanings and then just explored and had a great time! With a third baby it can be pretty stressful at times, but this week helped me relax and realize that these moments won't last forever and that I should enjoy them while they are here, screaming baby and out of control toddler and all!

Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great Wednesday! Half way through the week!

Friday Favorites!

Happy Friday Ya'll!  I am so glad it is Friday! It has been. rough week for this momma, the kiddos have been loud and crazy but have been so good this week but everything else is just super crazy haha!  Today I am linking up for Friday Favorites with Narci , Andrea and Erika !  So here are some random favorites that happened this week! Cuddles with this sweet boy have been a favorite this week! I have been having on and off contractions and lots of pain so I have been bed ridden for a good portion of the week and this little has hung out with me and watched cartoons! Cuddles are definitely a favorite!    Trying to let this boy in the house more and more since its been chilly outside.  While the training process has been rough, he has started to snooze in the afternoons and those are definitely a favorite!  Breakfast conversations with these two are a favorite from this week! It is always non-stop with these t...

2019 Year In Review: Part 3

Hello!  It is such a hard time in the world right now. It has been a couple months since I last wrote, life has been busy, but while everyone is social distancing, staying home, and doing our part to get rid of this nasty virus I wanted to post some memories of last year to remember. October-December of 2019 were packed full of activities, and just going through the pictures is exhausting, so I have no idea how I even kept up! Grab a drink, and cozy up and I hope you enjoy! October  October started out with birthday naps. All three kiddos are in the same room, and I was laying on the bed with Skyler and we all napped and was just what this momma needed for her birthday!  Hubby brought me the most beautiful flowers for my day and we got booed, by a mystery neighbor Naps were had, especially in mommy's arms  and all of the kindergarten crafts occurred. We painted a pumpkin after her favorite book character Ferdinand.  Quick f...

Show and Tell Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Today I'm linking up with Andrea and doing Show and Tell Tuesday!  Today it is all about how to win your heart!  In the four years I have known Scott he has always known how to make my heart go pitter patter! Whether he is sitting with our children and playing and laughing with them, or on a pizza date where we both look awful because it is so spur of the moment because the kids went to Mimi's for the first time in a couple months we rush out so fast without showers, he knows how to speak to my heart!  Scott and I will be married three years this coming June and in those three years we have been married he goes above and beyond with speaking to my heart! Whether it is a random coffee or energy drink that he brings me while I'm chasing the kiddos, or just telling me to go to the bookstore and read a few magazines, I got the kids for a couple hours, it is those things that win me over day after day! What is different about our lo...
